We took the new expressway, SCT, which connects Subic, Clark and Tarlac. 70 kilometers of smooth, uninterrupted highway, and we traversed it in 45 minutes. Lovely. So much green below--mountains and fields--and so much beautiful blue sky above. And bikers on the highway!

One of the things I truly enjoy is a gorgeous stretch of open road, me behind the wheel and just some incredible sounds blasting out of whatever it is I can pump out the sounds on!

I actually miss the lovely stretches of road over the holidays but welcome the possibilities of a few more road trips over the summer!

...oh my gosh I can hear Johnny Depp read "Mad Road Driving" by Jack Kerouac in my head...

hey, really? hala, we might be related! :P

i met this Pinoy from Canada at Star Wars Celebration IV. he was in the 501st Legion too, and I saw his last name is the same as my mom's maiden name, Martin. turns out he's my second cousin. :D
