1. 12 hours later, maganda pa rin make-up ko!
2. We got there at 1:30, and Pinky started by applying what I think was setting lotion to my hair, before attaching the curlers. But he didn't put hairspray on my curls after removing the curlers. As a result, my hair was straight again in two hours. :(
3. Not only was my hair straight, it was also very messy, tangled and sticky, because of the setting lotion.
4. I liked the make-up a lot. It didn't feel heavy or itchy on my skin, even though I know Pinky put a lot of layers of foundation and concealer on.
5. The make-up is more glamorous than I'm used to, and I think I like it! :D Also I love the bronzed look I had, and the fact that I still looked tan. He also applied a light glitter powder on my neck and chest. I felt like a celebrity!
6. Admittedly, Pinky is more expensive than Jovan's Ingrid. For P15,000, only three people get made-up! I asked if it was okay for him to work on just me and my mom, from the pre-ceremony preps till the reception. That'll cost P12,000. If he just works on me before the ceremony, and he doesn't stay for retouches, that's only P5,000.
Option: I can get Pinky to do hair and make-up for me and my mom, and get Ingrid to do make-up for the entourage.
